You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the drop-off time are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support portal within 14 days of the scheduled service date. Processing times may vary, but we aim to complete refunds within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Our luggage storage service includes limited liability insurance coverage for stored items. The insurance covers loss or damage up to a maximum value of 100 EUR per case, subject to the following conditions:
We only cover insurance of luggage or cases (Damaged luggage or cases). Please note that we do not cover insurance of lost/damaged/broken items placed inside of the cases or luggage.
Claims must be filed within 7 days of the incident, accompanied by relevant documentation (e.g., receipts, photos before and after, police report).
We recommend that customers do not store valuable items and consider additional personal insurance for high-value belongings. (e.g. Passports, ID's, phones, jewelry etc...) NOTE: If you belive that we have damaged your luggage or case, please report it to us 7 days maximum from the date of you using our storage services.
We prioritize your privacy and protect your personal information through secure data practices. Your data is used solely for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes. We do not sell/use/share your data to marketing companies or third parties.
